With a previous background of 5 years in the NHS, Rhiannon was inspired to do something proactive to help reduce Medical Conditions caused by Inactivity and improve people’s quality of life through exercise.
Rhiannon is a great believer in maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle to reap the long-term health benefits – mentally and physically. Further supported by Rhiannon’s Exercise Referral Qualification, she is able to adapt Personal Training to your specific needs if you have been diagnosed with a Medical Condition.
Over the years as a Personal Trainer, Rhiannon has worked in a well-known National Gym, Private Studios and Outdoor Environments. Currently based at a Private Fitness Centre in Heswall with the latest in Fitness Technology and Private Training Areas.
Rhiannon will always go above and beyond for her Clients, providing structured training plans for home or gym use, help and support with nutrition, flexibility exercises to assist training, regular updates, messages and general support – we truly want each client to be successful and will help in any way we can.
